Movingo period ticket

With our period ticket, you can travel unlimited for 30, 90 days or a year, and you can also lend your ticket for 24 hours. Choose between All routes or between two regional train stations.

Movingo for all routes

With Movingo for all routes, you can travel freely a number of trips on all routes throughout the Mälardalen during the period of the ticket's validity. Movingo all routes is available as a 30-day, 90-day and 1-year ticket.

In addition to regional train traffic on Mälartåg, SJ, train in Bergslagen within Västmanland, Örebro and Östergötland counties and Trosabussen, local traffic operated by SL, Sörmlandstrafiken, UL, VL, county traffic Örebro and Östgötatrafiken is also included.

Movingo between two regional train stations

If you often travel between two locations in the Mälardalen Valley, you can choose to purchase Movingo between two regional train stations. In addition to trips with Mälartåg and SJ's departures with Movingo validity, the ticket also applies to all local traffic in these counties.

If you travel between Eskilstuna and Stockholm, for example, the validity of traveling with SL and traffic in Sörmland applies. To find out which price applies to your ticket, you can choose between which two regional train stations you commute.

Movingo 5/30

With Movingo 5/30, you can travel unlimitedly on Mälartåg with five 24-hour tickets during a 30-day period. Choose between traveling on a selected route or on all Mälartåg lines*. The surrounding local public transport is always included, and of course, youth and students have a discounted price, just like with period tickets.

The ticket is valid on Mälartåg's five lines, Tåg i Bergslagen, Trosabussen, and within the local public transport, and is purchased digitally in the Movingo app or via the Movingo ticket website. The ticket is not valid on SJ's trains with Movingo validity. Unlike the period ticket, the ticket is personal and cannot be lent out.

*= For longer routes where the maximum price is reached (1´460 SEK), all Mälartåg routes and surrounding local public transport are included.

Movingo for young people and students

If you are a young person under the age of 20 or a student and are studying for CSN-eligible post-secondary education with at least a 75 percent study rate, you have a discount when you travel with Movingo.

Choose youth or student in the purchase flow and you will see your discounted price. Valid student ID:s (Patronage, student card with SL logo or We Students) must be able to be proven with an ID document (passport, driver's license or ID card).
